About Beagle Dance

We love Beagles!

Beagle Dance was created because we felt there was a need for a high quality Beagle site dedicated to our favorite type of dogs. Over the years of having Beagles, we have been constantly amazed by their intelligence, their gentle nature, and the way they become part of the family. While there are many beagle sites out there, most focus on either the show dog standard or hunting. While we don't deny that Beagles are great for that, our bent is that Beagles make great family and companion dogs. Our goal at Beagle Dance is to bring you high quality Beagle content and information and have a little fun at the same time. Arooooooo!

About the Beagles

The stars of Beagle Dance are Daisy & Snoopy. They are a real handful, but these two Beagles keep things lively.

Daisy - A four year old Beagle, Daisy displays a dark coat common amongst the British Beagle variety. She was the runt of the litter, so she is closer to the mythical pocket beagle body type. While she is small for a Beagle, Daisy is a real sweetheart and probably one of the sweetest dogs you'll ever meet. Despite her size, she is agile and quick and gives her younger brother a real workout trying to keep up with her. Daisy is an expert rawhide chewer.

Snoopy - A two and a half year old Beagle, Snoopy is a high energy male who is about average height for the breed. He has tricolor markings more common amongst American Beagles. His high energy and inquisitive personality give him the nickname of Snoopers as he is always getting into things. He was a rescued Beagle and is slightly timid at times. His lovable personality and earnest looking eyes make him a real cutie. He is very food motivated and will do anything for a treat. While Daisy is the brains of this duo, Snoopy is the action hero. He has bonded with his older surrogate sister and the two are now inseparable.
